Part Time Receptionist/Office Assistant

Part Time Receptionist/Office Assistant; 28 hours, Monday-Thursday

Job Purpose

This individual will set a welcoming tone for the office by greeting guests and ensuring organization and smooth daily operations of the office. Must be professional, have strong written and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to manage priorities within established deadlines.

Duties and Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Greet guests, answer incoming calls, manage incoming and outgoing mail/shipping, and general reception responsibilities
  • Ensure the office is kept in neat order, including maintenance of office supplies and equipment
  • Light filing
  • Assist Project Services with document preparation as needed


  • High School diploma or higher degree
  • Strong written and oral communications skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Soft people skills and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work individually without supervision
  • Team player that works well in a highly cross-functional, collaborative environment
  • Previous Receptionist experience a plus
  • Knowledge of the architectural, engineering and/or construction industries is helpful
