This week, Kluber Architect + Engineers begins comprehensive facility operations management planning for Oswego Community Unit School District 308.
Utilizing our exclusive performance-based facilities management strategy, Kluber will be assisting the District in preparing a 5-year plan for its use in facility capital and operations budgeting.
Our involvement includes guiding the District in assessing its 14 elementary schools, five junior high schools, two high schools, and six additional district facilities. Kluber will analyze and synthesize gathered information and making recommendations for moving all of the District’s buildings to a high-performance state.
This is one of several projects that Kluber is leading for the District, and the latest project in Kluber’s nearly 20-year history serving Oswego Community Unit School District 308.
