In response to the impact of Coronavirus on business interactions, Kluber Inc. has established a balanced protocol for its associates that keeps our projects moving forward while respecting the “Stay at Home” order put into place for Illinois. Within our organization, a vast majority of our associates are working remotely with clients on existing and new projects. A few of our staff members (while practicing strict social distancing) will be stopping into our offices to perform tasks that will allow us to continue to work remotely. For the duration of the “Stay At Home” order, our office locations will not be open to visitors or the public.
To keep projects moving, it is still necessary for Kluber to conduct meetings, but all of these have been moved to teleconferences. Our project teams are virtually connected via Teamwork Projects, an online platform for organizing communication and task management. Our architects and engineers have access to Autodesk Revit BIM Software and SpecLink Cloud, which simplify remote collaboration on construction drawings and project specifications.
All of our employees have been trained on basic precautionary measures recommended by the World Health Organization for protection against Coronavirus.
This includes:
- frequent hand-washing
- social distancing
- avoiding touching eyes, nose and mouth
- practicing respiratory hygiene
- performing routine environmental cleaning
These small changes in interactions have profound significance right now, and we want our clients to know that we’re aware of our social responsibility in protecting everyone’s health and wellbeing.
We’re problem-solvers by nature, and we believe in keeping our economy going by helping our clients achieve business and organizational objectives through this challenging period.
We can all be reached by email or by phone. If you need to reach someone and you do not know their email address or the number for their direct line, please call our main office line 630.406.1213 or email info@kluberinc.com.
