The Lake County Health Department has been serving its community for many years. With the population growth, the department recognized the need to expand its services. This increase in services led to the hiring of additional staff, which in turn created a demand for more space to accommodate both the services provided and the employees.

In 2022, the Health Department engaged Kluber to assist in expanding the Peterson Road Behavioral Health Clinic at 18698 Peterson Road, Libertyville, Illinois. The expansion includes new offices, a group room, a copy/print room, and additional storage. To help secure grant funding, Kluber developed a grant plan presentation that featured site and floor plans, highlighting the use of space, key notes, and dimensions.
