The City of Bloomington selected the Kluber Architects + Engineers team to design the conceptual plan of their new Public Works facility.

In June of 2024, the City approved the purchase of a former nursery property, for the purpose of relocating their Public Works Campus. The Kluber team is working closely with the City to develop conceptual plans for the facility, maximizing the function and flexibility of the site to meet current and future needs. Furthermore, the City hopes to optimize operational efficiency, reduce environmental impact, and integrate sustainable building practices for this project.
