City of Naperville – Fire Station #3 Improvements

Renovation | Government | Public Safety
Project Details

Similar to Fire Station #1, the Kluber team is working with the City of Naperville to complete improvements at Fire Station #3. The current facility does not meet the needs of the department and is outdated.

The improvements will focus on reconfiguring the existing bunk and dormitory areas to enhance privacy by introducing private sleeping bunks. Additional upgrades include new lockers, improved flooring, updated ceilings, modernized finishes, enhanced lighting, and renovated shower and restroom facilities.

Mechanical work will be minimal, limited to the relocation of select ducts and diffusers. In the lower-level meeting room, the ceiling will be replaced to accommodate these HVAC adjustments.

These improvements aim to increase the Fire Department’s operational efficiency while fostering a healthier and more supportive environment for personnel—both physically and mentally.
