The City of West Chicago selected Kluber Architects + Engineers for their Metra Train Station repair project. The Metra Station needed repairs to the roof cupola, trim and cupola windows, re-painting the exterior and interior of the building, and re-painting the existing metal roofing.

Additional services as part of this project include:

• Repair or replace all cupola windows, siding, trim, fascia, flashings, and re-paint the cupola to match the existing design (interior trim if needed). Wood to be replaced with a fiber cement or PVC product to prevent future deterioration.
• Prime & paint all existing metal roof decking to match the existing.
• Paint the exterior of the building to match the existing colors, including replacing some of the wood fascia on the gables with possibly a fibered, cement board to keep from deteriorating in the future.
• Paint the interior of the facility to match existing colors.
