Kluber Architects + Engineers rehabilitated the first floor of an existing office building for the Department of Veterans Affairs. The space is occupied by their information technology group and includes meeting rooms, cubicle spaces, waiting areas, and access to the main information technology server room.

The 30,000-square-foot interior renovation included the demolition of existing raised flooring systems, as well as mechanical equipment and lighting replacements. Our team coordinated with the owner to select furniture, fixtures and other interior finishes within the building. The existing building systems were also surveyed, documented, and analyzed to determine the final solution with respect for the established project budget.
