In 2022 Kluber Architects + Engineers was hired by the Village of Lindenhurst who were wanting to construct a new evidence processing and storage space. The location for this project was planned to be at the end of the south end of the existing public works facility which is located adjacent to the Police Department.

The Kluber team was tasked with creating a program to identify space needs, preparation for preliminary floor plans, and a preliminary cost estimate for Village approval. As this project only included what is known as Preliminary Design, the project was completed within 90 days from contract execution.
