The Village of Glenview asked the Kluber Architects + Engineers team to design renovations at Fire Station 13. Overall, the intention was to match the specifications and aesthetics of their recently renovated Fire Station 14.

Specific elements of the renovation included:

• Apparatus bay trench drain replacements with associated concrete and epoxy flooring work to match the design intent of Fire Station 14.
• Horizontal furnace replacement in apparatus bay workshop.
• Water heater and piping replacement at the second floor mezzanine with a high efficiency water heater to match Fire Station 14.
