In 2020, the Kluber team completed the design and preparation for the replacement of two aging air handling units (AHUs) in Building A of Joliet Junior College. AHU-22 was redesigned to serve six separate zones, while AHU-23 was configured to serve seven zones, providing enhanced climate control and energy efficiency across instructional and administrative areas. The project also included the addition of air conditioning to two existing systems in Building S’s Agricultural Shop. This work required coordination with the campus facilities team and careful phasing to minimize disruption to ongoing operations during construction.
