Project Details

In order to meet the needs of its community, Kendall County tasked Kluber Architects + Engineers with designing a new 33,188-square-foot Health and Human Services building. The new facility was designed to be warm and friendly for its visitors, while maintaining a professional appearance for its employees.

The building easily expands to accommodate future growth. Corner waiting rooms were designed to be removed to allow for east and westward expanding. The corridors that join at these corners can also be integrated into an addition, a design feature that allows for future expansion without disturbing the building’s existing structural system.
