Village of Lincolnshire – Public Works Facility Assessment
The Village of Lincolnshire selected Kluber Architects + Engineers to conduct a comprehensive facility condition assessment of their 25,000 square foot Public Works Facility, originally constructed in 1987. Our multidisciplinary team executed a thorough evaluation across architectural, electrical, mechanical/plumbing, and site infrastructure systems.
The assessment methodology included detailed documentation of all building components, their current condition ratings, and assignment of intervention priorities (classified as priority 1, 2, or 3) based on criticality and lifecycle status. Each component evaluation was accompanied by detailed cost projections for recommended remediation measures.
The deliverable included component-specific analyses with aggregated cost estimates organized by priority level. This comprehensive capital planning document provided the Village administration with an actionable framework for systematic facility repairs and the necessary financial data to develop a phased implementation strategy over the recommended timeline.
