Kluber Architects + Engineers provided a comprehensive 20-year facilities master plan for current and future McHenry County building facilities. The county board requested that a master planning effort be developed to determine if the current county property holdings would accommodate a 20-year building campaign. The analysis included a property investment strategy that identified key future property acquisitions and a development strategy to meet the growing needs of the public it serves. Forty-four county offices and all 24 county board members were interviewed for the development of the master plan space program.
