Northwestern Memorial Healthcare asked the Kluber Architects + Engineers team to design their Family Medicine Clinic in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. Formerly a grocery store, the 24,000 square foot space includes both Primary Care and OBGYN services.

More specifics about the facility include:

• 38 exam rooms
• 6 procedure rooms
• A large shared waiting area
• Lab and blood draw spaces for each practice
• Shared back of house facilities, such as a conference room, break room, and storage lockers

This project also included extensive demolition to remove the remnants of the grocery store that previous occupied the space.
