The Village of Orland Park hired Kluber Architects + Engineers to prepare drawings for the demolition and replacement of the entry ramp and stairs on the north side of the Recreation Administration building. The existing ramp was made of concrete with metal guard rails that had a spalling effect with rusting nails. Kluber was also tasked with addressing ADA compliance associated with the ramp, adjacent sidewalks, and parking stalls.

After presenting a few options for the configuration of the ramp and associated ADA compliant site work, the Village of Orland Park picked their preferred option and the Kluber team proceeded into Construction Documents. Our team also assisted with pre-bidding and pre-construction meetings, along with other Project Management and Construction Administration tasks.
