St. Charles Park District – Primrose Roof Replacements
Project Details
In 2023, Kluber Architects + Engineers was hired by St. Charles Park District to serve as their Contract Administration Architect for a roof replacement project.
The Kluber team provided Construction Administration Services for the removal and replacement of roofs of multiple buildings at Primrose Farms. This project was bid as one, with separate pricing for each building which allowed the Owner to select the building which would fit within their current budget.
The following were the buildings completed:
- Primrose Farm Barn
- Primrose Farm Chicken Coop
- Primrose Farm House
- Primrose Farm Tractor Barn
- Primrose Farm School House
- Primrose Farm Sheep Barn
- Pump House
- South Garage and North Garage
