The Village of Glenview selected Kluber Architects + Engineers to complete a study of the exterior of the south building at the Village Water Facility. The review consisted of the following exterior building components:

• Cast-In-Place concrete building structure with inset brick veneer masonry infill panels
• Concrete coating and finishing products
• Flashings, Expansion Joints, Sealant Joints
• Water holding tank overflow drains through exterior concrete wall surfaces
• Aluminum framed storefront windows

After conducting the study, the Kluber team delivered a report and attached supporting documentation of it’s recommendations for repairing the exterior masonry concrete wall surfaces, doors, and windows for the perimeter building envelope at the Rugen Senior Water Facility – South Building.
