In 2018, the St. Charles Park District acquired the Sportsplex, an iconic indoor sports facility in St. Charles, Illinois. The Park District contracted Kluber Architects + Engineers to provide the design for an interior renovation of the entire first floor to freshen up the space and rebrand it as part of the Park District’s facility.

The design for the interior renovation included updates to the multi-purpose room and the front lobby area, including the concessions stand and bathrooms. Kluber also aided the Park District in renovating an existing pro shop to create a multi-purpose space for the Fox Valley Special Recreation Department.

All existing roof top units that service the entire 64,750 square foot facility were replaced during this renovation.
