In 2023, Kluber Architects + Engineers was hired by St. Charles Park District to serve as their Contract Administration Architect for a roof replacement project. This project was split into two, the first project being roof replacements at Primrose Farm and the second one being a roof replacement for the shelter at the James O. Breen Community Park. As the Contract Administrator the Kluber team oversaw the entire process of the roof replacement.
