In 2022 the Oak Park District, hired the Kluber team to complete an interior renovation of the existing lower-level restrooms at the Tennis Center. The renovation included new plumbing fixtures, new toilet partitions, new wider doors and frames, masonry, new electric hand dryers, new LED lighting, painting, and new electrical heaters. Part of Kluber’s responsibility was also to prepare work scope descriptions of the proposed work for contractor pricing.
