The Village of Carol Stream hired Kluber Architects + Engineers and WBK Engineering to prepare preliminary design documents, scope of work, and estimate of probable costs to construct improvements at their Public Works Center and Water Reclamation Center .

Once Phase 1, the planning and design phase, was complete, the Village decided to proceed with subsequent phases of improving their Public Works Center.

Some of the improvements for this project included the addition of storage bins, a new police impound lot, perimeter fencing, site lighting and paving improvements.
