In the Spring of 2025, the Village of Glen Ellyn selected the Kluber team to complete a space needs analysis for their Public Works Facility.

The current facility is approximately 45 years old and the department consists of 40 employees. They have outgrown their current facility and a current Space Needs Analysis is needed to determine the actual needs of the Department relative to available space and land, and current building codes.

The goal of this study is to assess the current and future space requirements of the department. The study is also evaluating the effectiveness of the existing facilities and will provide recommendations for optimizing public works spaces as appropriate to meet operational needs. The results of the analysis will be used to determine a proposed future course of action which may include the construction of a new facility, or renovations of the existing building.
