Village of Hampshire – New Public Works Facility
Project Details
The Village of Hampshire selected both Lamp Incorporated and Kluber Architects + Engineers for the Design and Construction Management Services for their new Public Works facility.
The design for the new Public Works facility consolidated several of their existing sites.
The size of the new Public Works facility is approximately 30,000 square feet, consisting of:
- Administration
- Employee Support
- Fleet Garage
- Fleet Maintenance
- Shop and Building Service Spaces
Exterior site features include a salt dome, as well as outdoor bulk dry storage bins.
