The Village of Hampshire selected both Lamp Incorporated and Kluber Architects + Engineers for the Design and Construction Management Services for their new Public Works facility.

An important aspect of this project was the Village’s accelerated timeline. In order to accommodate the request, our team worked closely with Lamp to determine what options would help the Village meet their goals, such as utilizing precast.

Our team completed their Space Needs Assessment within an impressive 10 days. Construction Documents were completed in December 2024 and construction started in March of 2025.

The design for the new Public Works facility consolidated several of their existing sites.

The size of the new Public Works facility is approximately 30,000 square feet, consisting of:

• Administration
• Employee Support
• Fleet Garage
• Fleet Maintenance
• Shop and Building Service Spaces

The exterior site features a salt dome, five outdoor bulk dry storage bins, and two dry pad bins.
