The Village of Hoffman Estates was seeking a qualified and experienced design firm to complete a comprehensive and reliable space needs assessment for their current public works facility. In the Spring of 2025, Kluber Architects + Engineers was selected and hired by the Village to complete this assessment.

The Department consists of 70 full and part time employees who operate from multiple facilities within the Village. The study is assessing the current and future space requirements of the department. Our team is evaluating the effectiveness of the existing facilities and also providing recommendations for optimizing public works spaces as appropriate to meet operational needs.
