Kluber Architects + Engineers is working with the Village of North aurora to replace the existing boiler at the Police Department. The existing boilers are 1,00 MBH boilers and have been in use since 2006 and are nearing the end of their service life and currently experiencing frequent failures.

The new boilers shall be high efficiency condensing boilers with built-in controls, the boilers will interface with the existing building automation system.
