The Village of Oak Brook requested that our design team put together design drawings in order for them to renovate the locker room/restroom area of their Golf Club House.

The project consisted of renovating the approximately 1,500 square foot existing locker room to repurpose it into a restroom with two showers. The existing locker room had residential grade toilets that were upgraded to commercial grade. As part of this renovation, the Kluber team provided architectural services, mechanical engineering, fire protection engineering, plumbing engineering, and electrical engineering.
