The City of Waukegan asked Kluber Architects + Engineers to design renovations to the interior of their City Hall building.

Some highlights of the interior renovations that were performed include:

• Add electric, handicapped automatic door operators and associated push buttons
• Add CCTV to monitor key building areas
• Remove and re-install new carpet tile in select building areas
• Add automatic counter shutters at the first floor east/west hallway, at the public transaction window locations.
