The City of Waukegan asked our team to design several renovations at their police station. Those renovations included the expansion of the evidence storage area, the renovation of the existing evidence tech room, and constructing new interview rooms at the lower level of the Police Station.

More specific scope details included:

• The expansion of the evidence storage areas, totaling approximately 1,645 square feet in floor area.
• Seven new interview rooms totaling 825 square feet in development area that includes drywall partitions with security ceilings in each interview room.
• Each of these areas included wall and ceiling surfaces that were not easily vandalized.
