Winthrop Harbor School District No. 1 selected Kluber Architects + Engineers to conduct their Decennial Inspection, in accordance with the State of Illinois School Code. The State requires each school board to conduct a building survey for each of its facilities. As such, our team toured each of their buildings to determine their existing conditions.
