The International Code Council (ICC) is the leading global source of model codes, standards, and building safety solutions. Our professionals have been trained in many of ICC’s courses, including International Energy Conservation (IEC) and International Existing Building Code (IBC).

Energy Star Buildings
A majority of Kluber’s projects have received an Energy Star rating for energy performance. These high-performance projects have included new elementary and middle schools, a renovated junior high school, a new county government facility, and more.
To be certified as Energy Star, a building must meet strict energy standards set by the EPA. On average, these buildings use 35% less energy and cause 35% fewer greenhouse gas emissions than comparable buildings across the country.
